These at home outdoor family photos are some of my favorites that I have taken. The Rivers family reached out to me for family photos because their oldest is going off to college in the fall, and their middle child with be studying abroad next year. They wanted to capture this time their family had before two of their three children went away. I think family photos are the perfect way to commemorate such an important time in your family’s lives. You will always be able to look back on the photos and remember that time of life and how sweet it was being all together. They wanted to take their photos at home on their own property and it made for the perfect location. There were so many gorgeous spots.

When I see that a family has teenage boys I’m always curious to see how they will act during the session, and most of the time I am pleasantly surprised. This was definitely one of those times, Will and Charlie were the absolute sweetest during the whole session. We definitely had fun during this session, climbing trees, cracking jokes, and laughing the whole time. Overall it was a blast and I’m excited to share these photos with you!

The Rowells opted for outdoor winter family photos at a nearby park in the Carolinas! The park’s natural beauty made it the perfect setting for their family photos, with the vibrant colors of the trees, the lush green grass, and the majestic backdrop of the sky. They loved the peacefulness of the park and the chance to enjoy some fresh air while capturing these special moments with their family.

The Lewis family session was a joyful affair, with the two older teen boys, two older teen girls, and their parents all in attendance. The session was held at the family’s property in North Carolina, which had a barn and several horses. The kids had a great time exploring the property and the surrounding area. Everyone had a great time, and the photos taken captured the joy and happiness of the family.
