These at home outdoor family photos are some of my favorites that I have taken. The Rivers family reached out to me for family photos because their oldest is going off to college in the fall, and their middle child with be studying abroad next year. They wanted to capture this time their family had before two of their three children went away. I think family photos are the perfect way to commemorate such an important time in your family’s lives. You will always be able to look back on the photos and remember that time of life and how sweet it was being all together. They wanted to take their photos at home on their own property and it made for the perfect location. There were so many gorgeous spots.

I had the pleasure of photographing family photos for the Cooksey family while they had three generations gathering together on Kiawah island. It was a special occasion, as the family members live far apart and rarely get the chance to be together. The Cooksey family were such a joy to work with! The Rowells opted for outdoor winter family photos at a nearby park in the Carolinas! The park’s natural beauty made it the perfect setting for their family photos, with the vibrant colors of the trees, the lush green grass, and the majestic backdrop of the sky. They loved the peacefulness of the park and the chance to enjoy some fresh air while capturing these special moments with their family.

The Lewis family session was a joyful affair, with the two older teen boys, two older teen girls, and their parents all in attendance. The session was held at the family’s property in North Carolina, which had a barn and several horses. The kids had a great time exploring the property and the surrounding area. Everyone had a great time, and the photos taken captured the joy and happiness of the family.

The Rickerts family session in downtown Charleston during the winter was a pleasant surprise. After a season of snow and cold, the family was delighted when the sun decided to make an appearance. With the sun shining and the temperature warm enough for a pleasant stroll, the family took advantage of the opportunity to explore the city. We stopped for pictures in various locations, capturing the beauty of the historic city and the joy of exploring together. The children were especially delighted, pointing out the various sights and sounds of the city.

The Ferreira family recently had an outdoor winter family session in Charleston. The session was held in a stunning park with tall trees surrounded by beautiful areas. The Ferreira family had a wonderful time taking pictures, laughing, and making memories together. The chilly winter air and the bright sunshine made the perfect backdrop for the family to take some amazing photos. The family even got to take a few pictures with the tree-lined street in the background!
