The South Carolina engagement of Chris & Emily took place on a warm October afternoon at a quiet park they had chosen themselves.

Chris and Emily came to me asking to photograph their summer engagement session in Charleston, my favorite time of year in South Carolina.

As I stepped into the lush green park, I couldn’t help but feel a surge of excitement. Today was Leah and Jay’s couple session, and I was ready to capture the love and joy between them.
