Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing senior pictures in downtown Charleston for Emma. It was a beautiful summer day and we were both really excited. It’s always a delight to capture these special moments in a person’s life – especially someone as vibrant and full of life as this young girl.
The day of the shoot was absolutely perfect! We walked around and found some really neat little spots. My personal favorite was when we found a gorgeous historic building built with brick. I love how those shots came out with the brick wall behind her for the perfect background. We also got to sneak a couple of pictures in with her and her beautiful mother! Truly, she was such a sweet girl and had such a captivating smile. I loved getting to hear about how excited she was about graduating, and her plans to go to school for physical therapy!
Overall, it was a fantastic shoot. I loved the pictures we got and I think they really show Emma’s warm and beautiful personality. As a family photographer, I have the privilege of capturing memories that will last a lifetime. And I hope she looks back at these someday and cherishes the memories of her time in high school. So honored to have gotten to take these senior pictures in downtown Charleston.
