Edisto beach truly is one of the best locations for family sessions and is a personal favorite spot of mine. And let me tell you, I am picky when it comes to finding the perfect locations. The location of my family sessions can greatly dictate a lot in how the photos come out as they set the tone and feel for your photos!

My tried and true spot is Edisto beach which is located on the coast of South Carolina with one of the longest free-flowing blackwater rivers in North America. Crazy right!? It is such a beautiful spot with the most stunning sunsets.

This South Carolina gem is a perfect, family-friendly location for hangouts, photos, and bringing your furry friends! Yeah, that’s right, Edisto beach allows pets! You can let your pups run wild in the sand. And I can never get over the amazing views!
