I had the pleasure of working with Paul and Jenna and their three boys during a family session in Charleston. We started at a local park, and right away, I could tell this family had a great energy. The boys were full of excitement, running around and laughing. Each of them had their own unique personality, but they all shared a playful bond. It made capturing their moments feel so effortless. Paul and Jenna were incredibly relaxed, letting their boys run and explore. They encouraged their kids to be themselves, and it made for such a fun session. Charleston family portraits on the beach felt like the perfect way to celebrate their family.
After some time in the park, we headed to the beach. The boys were drawn to the water as soon as they saw it. They splashed around and chased each other through the waves. It was so fun to watch them interact—whether they were teasing each other or building sandcastles together. Paul and Jenna were right there, laughing and joining in. It wasn’t just about getting great photos. It was about spending time together and making memories.
As the session came to an end, the family took a walk along the beach. The sun was setting in the distance, creating the perfect backdrop. The boys were relaxed, resting on their parents’ shoulders. It was one of those quiet, beautiful moments where everything just clicked. It was such an honor to be there, capturing their connection.
