Recently, I got to capture an awesome Seabrook Island senior session. This session was all about capturing the spirit and vibrancy of a fabulous young lady named Ava. Her favorite colors are pink and orange, and her hobbies include running for her school’s cross-country and track teams. When she graduates she wants to run for her college team as well! She’s such a lovely girl, and there’s so much she wants to accomplish. Seabrook Island provided the perfect backdrop for Ava’s senior photos. The pristine beaches, lush greenery, and serene atmosphere made for an incredible canvas to showcase her personality. It was clear from the get-go that Ava’s energy and passion would shine through.
Truly, we had an absolute ball during her session, and we also did some family pictures as well! Her mom, dad, and sister all came with her to the session and I made sure to get some shots of everyone all together as well as individually. We started out on a beautiful path surrounded by greenery and trees which the gorgeous sunlight peeked through. We got all the shots we could there, then moved onto the beach just in time for golden hour. As the sun began to set it cast a golden pink light that made Ava glow. It looked magical! My favorite shot is of her at the waters edge with birds flying over head.
Overall, this Seabrook Island senior session was awesome. I had so much fun getting to know this young woman and hearing about her goals and dreams for her life. I also enjoyed getting to meet her wonderful parents and beautiful sister! I’m so grateful Ava trusted me to capture her vision for her senior photos, and I’m thrilled with how they came out! I hope she treasures these photos as a reminder of all she accomplished in her high school years and the big future she has in front of her.
