Whitney’s senior session in the meadow took place in a quiet little field surrounded by trees. It was the kind of spot that feels peaceful and a bit tucked away. The weather was perfect, and the soft light gave everything a warm and gentle look. Nothing felt rushed during the session, which let us take our time and enjoy the moment. Whitney picked a location that really fit her, and you could tell she felt comfortable from the start.
She brought along a beautiful bouquet that added a special touch to the photos. It wasn’t too fancy, but the colors and textures were just right. Holding the bouquet gave her hands something to do, which made the poses feel more natural. It also helped her relax, and that always comes through in the photos. The small details she added made the session feel personal and true to her.
Whitney’s senior session in the meadow was a joy to photograph. She was calm, kind, and easy to work with. Her quiet confidence really came through in every shot. Sessions like this remind me that you don’t need a big or complicated setup to get beautiful results. A simple field, good light, and someone being themselves is often all you need.

“Janice exceeded my hopes for a professional family photo session at Edisto Beach, while encouraging us all to have fun as she clicked away! Janice has a great photographer’s eye! She and her assistant, Allie, worked perfectly together to persuade even the littlest grandkids to smile and look at the camera in unison! I highly recommend Janice Jones Photography”
